MATERIALS & PROCESS
Each Moraform piece is 3D printed with plant-based PLA, then individually cleaned, refined, assembled, and finished by hand.
Every piece is carefully processed after printing to smooth the details, attach the magnetic backing, and complete the final decorative elements.
Some styles may include hand-applied details such as rhinestone accents, stickers, or small decorative pieces, depending on the design.
FUNCTION & COMPATIBILITY
Designed as both a decorative phone accessory and a functional phone grip, this piece helps you hold your phone more comfortably and prop it up for photos, videos, or desk use.
It works with MagSafe-compatible iPhones and MagSafe phone cases.
If your phone or case is not MagSafe-compatible, you can add a magnetic ring from our website and use it together for better attachment.
PRINTING TEXTURE & CARE
Due to the nature of 3D printing, subtle layer lines, support contact marks, tiny surface marks, or slight texture variations may be visible. These are normal characteristics of the 3D-printing and hand-finishing process, not defects.
To keep your piece in good condition, please avoid high heat, direct sunlight for long periods, and leaving it inside a hot car.
Clean gently with a soft dry cloth. Do not soak, wash, or use harsh chemicals.
Like many 3D-printed PLA accessories, this piece is not designed to withstand heavy impact, bending, or strong pressure. Please handle with care and avoid dropping it, especially around small decorative parts.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days.
We offer tracked shipping for all orders. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier. A tracking number will be sent by email once your order is on the way.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will help arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. For returns due to personal reasons, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or compatibility issues, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
