When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is usually 7– 12 business days after your order has shipped.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, local carrier delays, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, a tracking link will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Are your phone grips MagSafe-compatible?
Yes. Our phone grips are designed to work with MagSafe-compatible iPhones and MagSafe phone cases.
If your phone or phone case does not support MagSafe, you can use a magnetic ring adapter. Please make sure the magnetic ring is properly attached before use.
What materials are used?
Our products are made with plant-based silk PLA and created through 3D printing. Each piece is then finished by hand, including post-processing and decorative details.
Why are there small lines or marks on the product?
Because our products are 3D printed and hand-finished, slight layer lines, support marks, or small surface variations may appear. These are normal characteristics of the 3D printing process and make each piece slightly unique.
Can I return my order?
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer international shipping to selected countries and regions.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
