We want you to be happy with your Moraform order. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us and we will help review it.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or cover the return shipping cost when necessary.
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In its original condition
- Returned with its original packaging when possible
Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
- Used, damaged, or altered items
- Items returned without contacting us first

Please do not send your item back before receiving return instructions from us.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to personal reasons, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or choosing the wrong style, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
